We are extremely proud of Tilly and the lifestyle change she has made over the past 90 Days at Wrought Iron Gym! Tilly joined because she felt her weight was at a stand still and she lacked the knowledge of fitness and nutrition she needed to keep moving forward. She not only wanted to make big changes for herself but also for her 5 kids. Her goals consisted of making it to the gym 3-4 days a week and dropping more weight, but she has accomplished a LOT more than that in these past few months!

When Tilly started with us, there were a LOT of things she couldn’t do. She couldn’t do a sit up, she couldn’t do a push up, heck she couldn’t even ride on the bike. But she’s NEVER once complained! She shows up multiple times per week and modifies every workout to fit her skill level! The coaches guide her and provide options that are good for her. Not only does she show up but she pushes herself harder than she ever has, she has completely changed her nutrition for the better, her energy levels have skyrocketed, and she has also made sleep a priority. She can now do sit ups, push ups and ride on the bike and do all of the things she couldn’t do 3 short months ago. 

Since she has started with Wrought Iron Gym she has lost 33 lbs, 3% body fat, has worn jeans for the first time in a long time, and now instead of chasing her kids, her kids are chasing her. It’s more than just a weight loss journey, it’s a complete lifestyle change. Tilly’s journey is just getting started. She has proven herself that she CAN DO IT and has inspired everyone around her!

“I am inspired. 

I’ve discovered that Wrought Iron Gym is more than showing up for a class, completing the workout, and recognizing classmates.

During my Free Intro, Wrought Iron asked me what my goals were. This caught me off guard. I’d joined other gyms and attended other classes. I don’t recall ever being asked what my goals were when I signed up for their memberships. 

Being asked this question sets the stage for explaining Wrought Iron Gym’s focus. The focus is to provide YOU the resources and training to help YOU conquer YOUR goals. 

When I was first asked , my response was something like “build more muscle”. I was too embarrassed to say lose weight and get leaner. Saying that would require me to step on the ever dreaded scale. 

Wrought Iron helped me refine my goals. For example, the above goal was transformed to “lose 2% body fat in 90 days”. 

But Wrought Iron didn’t stop there. They utilized an InBody Scan to find out where I was starting from and they did a new scan every month to keep me on track!

In addition to providing amazing training, they taught me…

1. About using apps like MyFitnessPal to track my food

2. Ways to increase my protein intake

3. Opportune times to consume the fruit I enjoy

Throughout the month I received several educational and motivational emails. They followed up with me at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. 

In 90 days, my BodyFat percentage DROPPED 4% from 22.2% to 18.2%. This more than exceeded my expectation. In fact, it doubled it! And I had only begun implementing some of their suggestions. 

I explain the above to help communicate that I gained way more in 90 days then I ever thought possible. I gained access to a community of people that help you identify Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realist and Timely goals. They then help you develop a plan to achieve the goals. They train you and motivate you through execution. This inspires you to identify more goals and continue to progress.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY!

STEP 1

BOOK YOUR FREE INTRO

Your Free Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will discuss your goals and work together to create a custom plan to help you reach them, regardless of whether you’re “in shape” or not. We will find out where you are starting from with a complimentary In-Body Composition Scan which shows weight, body fat, muscle mass and so much more! Don’t worry, this won’t be an annoying sales pitch, we hate those!

STEP 2

FOLLOW NUTRITION PLAN

If you’re ready to start, you will begin by following our complete nutrition overhaul that is customized specifically for you! We take all of the guesswork out of “how to eat” by providing you with your very own individualized plan equipped with guides, food lists, meal plans, grocery lists, recipes and more! You will receive professional feedback and monthly InBody Scans to monitor your progress every step of the way!

STEP 3

PRIVATE SESSIONS & CLASSES

This program is about YOU! To ensure you learn safely and gain the accountability and confidence you need, we start you out with 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions. This allows us to get to know one another and teach you proper form. After that, you can choose to continue with 1-on-1 Personal Training or join our group classes. We will give you the tools you need to work hard, have fun, and make change happen.

STEP 4

GOAL REVIEW SESSIONS

We will keep in constant  contact with you throughout and every month we will meet for a goal review session and an do an updated InBody Scan. Based on these results, we may tweak your training and/or nutrition plan to maximize effectiveness and ensure optimal results. At the end of the 90 Days, we take final measurements and set you up for success for a lifetime with a plan to continue your journey!
