CrossFit

CrossFit is our 60 minute foundational group fitness program featuring constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness and keep your daily workout fun.

Each class consists of a general warm-up, followed by a skill review and session, and the work out of the day. All movements and workouts are scalable to meet the athlete’s skill level and provide a safe, enjoyable and results driven experience.

IronFit

IronFit is presented on a 30 minute timeline and provides an effective conditioning workout. Workouts typically last anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes and are comprised of basic, yet potent, bodyweight, and simple weighted movements including kettlebells and dumbbells.

Each class begins with a general warm-up followed by the workout and core strengthening. IronFit workouts will improve your conditioning regardless of skill level. IronFit serves as the perfect option for athletes who are time-restricted or entry level.

Personal Training

Personal training is the quickest and most effective way to get results and move forward toward reaching your goals. Personal training clients receive a personalized program for both nutrition and fitness. If you have big goals, and you are 100% committed to making them happen, this is the program for you. Nutrition Counseling

It all starts with nutrition! Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. As simple as that is to read, it is not so simple to put into action, and that’s where we come in.

No other component of your daily life can have a greater effect than nutrition. Eating well in America, on a busy American schedule, is no easy task. We strongly suggest commiting to one of our nutritional programs for a minimum of three months.

We teach you far more than “eat this” and “not that”, as we pride ourselves on being educators. Beyond changing your thought process, we change your body. Whether your goals are athletic or aesthetic, we implement a simple, effective, and scientific approach to individualized nutrition. Our unique approach focuses on small gains that lead to big changes that you can maintain for a lifetime!

Learn about food and tracking what you eat. Receive weekly feedback on your logs via text or email. Receive access to our nutritional group for support, healthy eating tips, and recipes. A great way to get started with us. Learn about food and tracking what you eat. Includes a one-time initial face-to-face meeting where you will receive your start up plan including recommended Macros and Nutritional advice. Receive access to our nutritional group for support, healthy eating tips, and recipes.

RX Nutrition Package

Our most popular plan! Includes everything in the Scaled Nutritional Plan plus online weekly check ins, weekly log reviews and Macro and Nutrition adjustments when needed. Ability to communicate with your coach through email and/or text at all times.

RX+ Nutrition Package

For those willing to give some extra effort and meet their goals quicker. Everything in the Rx Nutritional Package plus daily log reviews and weekly face-to-face meetings including measurements and photos. If you have big goals, this is the package for you!
