Our group classes are comprised of a community that will help keep you accountable and motivated!

This is my second home. The owners are amazing and always willing to go the extra mile to help you. The other members truly become family. There is an awesome kids room where my son can go while I get my workout done and they make Noah feel welcome. He even gets to do is own workouts when everyone is done which means the world to me. I love the fact that I still get to be a mom and get my workout in without sacrificing one or the other.

I love this gym! My husband and I having been coming here for over 2 years now. Spending time together has strengthened us physically as well as strengthened our relationship. We have even done partner workouts together! I love the facility, the coaches and the great support system from all of the members. The workouts vary and keep me from any monotony. I’ve been a member of many different gyms over the years and this gym has by far been my best experience! The workouts are varied and the coaches make sure to always push you to reach your hidden potential. They recognize we are all at different fitness levels so every workout can be altered to your level of fitness. The atmosphere is fun and there is a strong sense of community among the members. GROUP CROSSFIT CLASSES

At Wrought Iron Gym, our group CrossFit classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD).

Group classes are great because you don’t have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you! Each day is different, focusing on helping you to meet your goals.

Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. We are here to help you succeed! We love helping people do things they never thought possible!

ARE YOU NEW TO CROSSFIT?

GET STARTED WITH “FUNDAMENTALS”

Before joining group classes, we take individuals unfamiliar with CrossFit though our “Fundamentals” course. In this course, you will have personalized training  scheduled at your convenience with our expert coaches. Sessions are designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit and how to modify every movement to your fitness level, discuss our style of training, and tackle specific questions to set you up for success!

*Fundamentals is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience.
