Barbell Club features small-group weightlifting classes focused on the improvement of the Olympic Lifts; the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Weightlifting is an integral part of CrossFit and Barbell Club is designed to supplement your current CrossFit training. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome.
Barbell classes are 90 minutes in duration and are currently offered once per week. Barbell Club also features a supplementary lifting program that can be completed outside of Barbell Club classes. All Barbell classes are lead by our highly trained USAW Certified Coach, Gavin Vansaghi.
