Owner/Head Coach

Chelsea grew up in Virginia playing many different sports and loved them all. In high school, she ran for her cross country and indoor track teams and starred in softball where she garnered All-District and All-State honors. She grew up playing travel softball which set her on a path to continue her softball career as a Division 1 athlete on the Monmouth University team in New Jersey. Her fondest childhood memories are playing ball with her dad and she owes everything she has learned to him!

After college, she knew that she was destined to pursue a career in fitness and helping others. She coached college softball and pursued personal training. In 2015, in search of better fitness results for herself she stumbled upon CrossFit. Since finding CrossFit, she has found herself to be in the best shape of her life. She truly believes that had she found CrossFit and its benefits earlier in life, she would have been a much better conditioned athlete throughout her high school and college athletic careers.

CrossFit has not only lead her to a healthier lifestyle, but has also helped in her personal relationship with her better half, Bryndy Sheets. She is very grateful for all of the positive advantages that CrossFit has brought into her life including friends, career, and the love of her life. She is passionate about sharing with others how exciting, fun and beneficial physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle can actually be!

I CrossFit because…

It is a different level of fitness that I had never experienced before. I was in search to fill that competitive void and I found it. I will never forget my first week of CrossFit classes when I realized that I could take my level of fitness to somewhere that is has never been. CrossFit brought back and amplified the fight and fire that I had during my high school and college career. It truly changed my life because it allows me to continually grow physically and mentally. The community is was makes me want to show up day in and day out to work hard and get better each and every day.

I Coach because…

I want to help people overcome obstacles and push past their mental and physical barriers to reach their goals. Support and encouragement goes a long way and I truly believe our community can lift anyone up to their full potential. I love the energy and positivity it brings not only to my life but everyone in our community’s lives.
