Coach

Chad grew up in East Peoria, IL and attended Western Illinois University. Chad and his wife, Jill, have several furry four-legged children. Jill is also an active CrossFitter at Wrought Iron Gym! Chad enjoys spending time with his wife trying new things, spending time outdoors, motorcycle riding, mountain biking and shooting guns. Growing up, Chad participated in long distance running, biking and could often be found lifting weights in local global gyms. Chad’s father is the most inspirational person in his life! Chad’s advice for anyone just starting CrossFit is to “show up, have fun, set reasonable goals and invest in yourself!”

CrossFit is the best program I have ever been involved in and I have tried a lot! It works all aspects of fitness in several different varieties.
